So, today is Winter Solstice. The Light King won the battle and from this day forward the days will start getting longer. The path of Ian's journey has recently been redirected and we are so excited about the days ahead and the light that is entering our life on a daily basis.
Where have we been? We started RDI (Relationship Development Intervention) training in May '08 and Mom and Dad are committed to this remediation for Ian. We also just recently chose to Home School Ian using the ENKI curriculum. Ian has made incredible progress this year and we anticipate many great achievements (no matter how small) in the year ahead. We plan to use this blog to document Ian's progress and as a collaborative tool for the team working and supporting Ian and the family.

Hi Ian!! I am looking forward to hearing all about you and your adventures and progress! We live kind of far away but with this blog I can be updated on what you are doing. I also want to see pictures of you on this blog! I miss you and love you and can't wait to see and hug you again.
